As you know I recently had my Chev. Blazer to you shop for repairs after a minor collision.

Russ, I couldn't get over the pleasant experience I had working with your entire staff, they all made me feel welcome and more like friends than a customer.  It was indeed a pleasure to come into your shop, everyone on your staff called me by name just like I had been there every day.

I would like to thank you and all of your people for the super job they did for me.  Every time I had a question they explained fully and then told me if I was not satisfied, bring it back.

If you are the standard for automobile repairs, all the T.V. reports on the repair scams just got put out of business.

Please keep up the good work and give my best to all of your employees.
